We stress out about every part of our product so you don't have to. Take the cables: The wire insulation is irradiated PVC, which is more expensive, but you can touch it with a soldering iron and it won't melt. The contacts are gold plated to resist corrosion over time. We crimp and inspect every contact to MIL specs, which makes them more reliable and fatigue resistant than soldered wires (that's why NASA specs them on spacecraft!)
